It’s been a while since I have taken an anti-gravity class! I was scared I’d be too dizzy (like my first time about two years ago). It was a lot of fun just flowing through the motions (thanks Michael Becker). There was this one hip position that hurt so good. It helps with loosening the inner thigh muscles to counter all the sitting we do every day. And to end it all, we all flipped around and landed like superstars. Can’t wait for Saturday again 🙂
